As many of you may know, through 8thgrades had participated in a service project prior to spring break. Feed My Starving Children, located in Schaumburg, IL, is an organization that raises money to supply food to starving communities across the world.  Bethesda students were responsible for constructing packed goods to be sent to various villages in Columbia.  As a Lutheran school community, it is important that Bethesda students serve to assist our fellow men and women, regardless of religious or cultural background. It helps set forth the Christian mission that God expects us to follow.    It is an experience that places the students in a situation to contribute to a cause that is so impactful within our society.  On behalf of the Bethesda ministry, we thank all students and chaperones who participated that made the experience an affectual one for the children.  In coming together under the unity of Christ, Bethesda students can, have, and will continue to make an impact in our 21stcentury world.

Thanks & Blessings,

Principal Dembowski
